Welcome aboard Pichmac.
Market cap of RDR is $100mil which is the value of their plant and equipment alone. The $40 mil cash they have will be used to upgrade and make the equipment functional.
So on top of the equipment value you get nearly 4 million ounces of gold for free (which will be upgraded as time goes on) plus 70% of a high grade lithium deposits in the world. Plus one of the worlds highest grade titanium/vanadium deposits possibly brought to production with a jv partner.
The future of the gold price by consensus is up. Thank the infinite QE programs for that.
If you check out the RDR website one of the research reports states that RDR once up and running should have a sp closer to $1 and even then it will still be cheap by comparison standards. RDR is a slightly higher cost producer so it is heavily leveraged to a rising gold price and probably a lower $A.
And lets not forget MLX and the Chinese who are more than likely to make an early move before RDR gathers too much momentum.
