Looks they are going to issue script for a takeover - presumably along with cash.

They had better make sure it doesn't dilute the current shareholders worth.

Mind you they need 75% of the votes to get the extra 10% - I'd like to know how they intend to do that - as far as I know there's not a lot of big investors - seems more like a mums and dad stock so there might be some buying up to get the approval over the line.

Maybe that 20 million a month or so ago was something to do with that.
