Nathan not sure how you get cash backing of 4 cents. When the cap raising takes place the market cap at 5 cent will be about $11.8 million with $5 million in the bank gives u about 2.3 cents cash backing not 4 cents.

I think it can easily drop to the 2.3 cent cash backing as i cant see anything changing in the next 12 months except more cash burn.

Sad day for shareholders.
