The 70's? Based on what may I ask?
Fundamentals have hardly changed have they.
SMSL are asking for a judicial review of the decision to not grant a review of the decision to not review the decision to not grant their request that the minister review his decision to not grant a review of the decision to award the TOL...so what?
Bottom line is that they were told no so many times now they just appear to be like a naughty little kid asking mum for the umpteenth time if they can have a bag of lollies.
And Mums that pissed off now its never gonna happen.
And FMT was found guilty of defamation so I am sure that the rest of them will be found guilty as well.
The drop to the levels we have now was fueled by 6.5 million shares short sold on the 25th as Fuzliar tweeted news from the court...
The rest of the volume that day (24M) consisted of about 10M before that tweet (honest volume) and another 7.5M which was most likely some stops and some retail holders trying to trade it and take advantage.
Even Mittas VSA software didn't see that happening did it?
(But hey its VSA - they don't believe in news and stock information being a driver of SP valuation like Mr Wychoff, they believe that "smart money" are out to rob you..)
And now those short sellers have to try and hold the price here I guess but there are not that many of them and they only have a small window before the 4th October in which to operate.
I reckon right now they are covering their position as the feaq is just not as strong in the market as it was on that knee jerk reaction and fundamentally nothing has changed.
So I would say that tomorrow being Friday will most likely be a no day and early next week we will get a recovery perhaps springboarding us above that 90c level as the outcome of this court case becomes clearer.
This IS SMSL's last hoorah...after this they are bloody well goneski's and I for one can't wait to see the door hit them on the backside as they leave the room.
(Love the thread title BTW Mitta, nice and scary... LMFAO)
