    Isn't a BFS the final study as to the merits of a project?

    Isn't this the Study that the big investors and financiers make decisions on?

    I can understand more scope to reduce and optimise from Concept Study and PFS but BFS?

    Is there any other coal developers that have submiited optimised/amended BFS's to reflect a favourable change?

    No forecasted NPV reported from what I can see.
