Although I am still convinced it must be Sandpiper, I am a bit amased UCL is not in a TH.
If so, this is evidence UCL itself is not involved ( offcourse), but in case of one of the 2 large shareholders the news would spread and at least this must be reflected after so many days in the SP, which is not so far.
Another option, being TNT, is a <<$10 million deal, under normal circumstances a nice step forward most probably, but not a strategic one given current complexity with UCL.
Wonarah remains an option, but this would still mean that they will sacrifice Wonarah to save Sandpiper. Moreover to get in the driversseat they need substantial cash, in other words , selling a big junk of Wonarah. If so, the whole reverse takeover story will start again.Do not think anybody wants to spent anymoire time, energy and money on that one!
So my wishfull thinking is sell off Sandpiper completey, concentrate upon Wonarah, which by the way is an incredible challenge for such a small company anyhow and with the cash we do not need to dillute soon and we might expect a rebound of SP into at least the 30"s again
