despite your swipe at me earlier, I have absolutely no problem agreeing with you and accepting the deal could be as sweet as a nut, that there is empathy between the parties and it works out like a charm and great for everyone. No sarcasm intended or implied.

All that DT needs to say is " ..SD's hedging policy is that there is none, and their dividend policy is...", and the same words in SD Chairman's letter. We will see how much they really commit to soon, and I am not expecting much commitment.

I would like to see a lot more commerciality in posts here than gainsaying of earlier posts on resource magnificence.

I don't wish to be dudded simply because some people don't want to go into the dirty hard nitty gritty of what-if.

I am underwater like probably everyone here and I don't like the optics of DT spending six months dining out around a lazy-susan, announcing a deal, and then taking a week to tell the current owners what the deal is. Six months with new owners, a week for current owners. You mean there wasn't time to write something, or is there some issue in the BOD review? Or don't care about sh? Not helping sp either. I hope I don't wish I had used this hiatus to get out.

I trust everybody is hoping for the best and planning for the worst, but there appears to be only lots of hoping. This is not a good sign.

We all wait for the information vacuum to be filled.
