while I love your description of the granting of an appeal for a JR of the appeal of the refusal of the minister to review the appeal of the tol explanation, I do have issue with somthing else you said.


FMT were not found guilty of defamation... In fact, the judgment was never handed down because it was settled beforehand between Lynas and FMT which is what resulted in the public apology... They may have felt it was better to apologize, but they were not found guilty, and that is an important distinction because SLSM are yet to have the same charge against them actually run it's course...

I keep reading here and elsewhere that SMSL have been found guilty of defamation in July but I am yet to see any evidence that this is the truth...

Come on guys, if SMSL have been found guilty then can someone please post the link ? otherwise, it's all just more lies and propaganda.
