I have just been looking over your posts which attempts to dismiss my questions:
Simmo What was it you said

You go on to say "They also have Sub Contractors working for them".

And from the Captain it was "to say they (TLG) don't have people on the ground drilling.... is plain crazy".

So too you both:
true TLG did purchase TCL Sweden, and can get work permits for these tenements. However for any newer tenement licensed to TLG, no work permits would be approved until they have a registered subsidiary TLG company in Sweden.

And let me stress I am still waiting for Simmo to confirm from his discussions with Mark that i am wrong. To tell me Mark said they have a TLG subsidiary company in Sweden. So let me have it. Go on shoot me down.

As for talk of sub-contractors (rather than TLG staff): of course TLG would need subcontractors from within Sweden or EU because no Australian TGL staff can get a work permit longer than 3 months without a registered TLG subsidiary company. Those TLG people that were there have long been sent packing.

So is anyone going to come clean on what is going on: some honest and ethical behavior to shareholders would be refreshing.
