Been screwing around with custom reprogramming my charts to get as close to early warning of trend changes as possible.

Involves getting the indicators right on leading edge which is difficult with anything based on price and volume because they ALL deal with historical data.

So I want to make a call based on these modifications and see how close we can get to accurate.

They tell me UP for LYC today.

So to discuss these few on this chart..

Customised RSI includes a linear regression signal line which is about to trigger into a green zone (another customisation added for ease of use) meaning that it is a positive divergence across the LR line. Means UP.

%R is a nice lead indicator even though it does not mix in volume it tells us where the price is vs the price of x period in relation to the total spread of x period.

Here I am overlaying 2 %R lines using 14 and 31 day periods, watch what happens when they move in phase, really strong trend change indicator and hits a price movement the day before the move. Says UP today.

The 3rd is out of the box and relates when the LYC SP overcomes the REMX and it has hit its signal line moving north which is just a nice indicator of where the company is in relation to the sector in general.

Still fine tuning this stuff and reprogramming some other stuff in the toolshed so any technical discussion of the pros and cons of the various approaches I am taking is welcome......
