Maybe, maybe not.

The people who really move the sp around are doing nothing I assume until they see the detail, not a bunch of woolly/weasel words.

The top 7 holders own 40%, and JP Morgan has 50% of these in two accounts.

The remaining 13 of 20 top holders own only 5%.

So 55% are others. Given the usual apathy, expect at least (guess) 50% to be Chairman's proxy, lets guess 66% against of the others.

so against to defeat will need 66%x 55% x 50%= 18%

need JPM= 20%

then all of the bottom 13/20= 5%

and 40% of the other top holders 20% = 8%

JPM's decision is the only one that matters in the end, but that doesn't nullify the importance of voting.
