    Being in discussions with potential partners does not warrant a TH...discussions occur all the time...a proposal requiring a decision IMO would require a TH...so IMO somebody has proposed, and CTP will consider it by Tuesday. I suggest they wont come out with anything until Tuesday as it is a Public Holiday on Monday in Sydney..
