If its all so damned good, why are we being asked to sell off 51% and control?

You do not get to this stage of a public announcement of this scale without having all your ducks in a row.

The information we need to make rational investment decisions should have been forthcoming at the time of the announcement.

What was wrong with what was presumably a well thought out expansion plan and vision that was announced only a few months ago? And they were having these discussions at the same time? Please!
