BUX did a capital raising with NBH Group for approximately 5 million shares last month and those shares are escrowed for 6 months from date of issue. They're new to the BUX top 20 and after adjustment the top20 hold approximately 64% of shares which leaves about 16.5 million shares as free float to trade. The assumption being a stock's top20 shareholders are relatively stable and they don't offload (companies on the register include STB (South Boulder Mines and Montezuma).
