I don't believe they have a case to answer on misleading and deceiving YET. I work with reality, not emotion. They are incompetent and spin everything, but that's the game. No one ever bought a car from a salesmen who said "she runs alright" my background is marketing where your job is to sell, regardless of whether it's the right thing

When a company is late with deadlines, There is cushion that is easy to use. Also using wording like "we expect an update on Vanmag in thr next 2 weeks" that's not broken promise that's guidance

Poor business vs misleading and deceiving investors are 2 different things

I'm trying to stay level headed here, this is not to be confused with a positive sentiment to any of this mob
