Always back your own judgement NO MATTER who is telling you something contrary. Everyone here will have an example of being told by a supposed expert* that their current investment was a dud. For me I was told by a mate who was the consecutive Aust Fund Manager of the year that ALL was a dud...it was a multi-million opportunity cost after not backing myself and selling out in low $1 rather than $10.

NEVER EVER follow the tips of HC heart as they have made their credentials off the back of those that don't follow the above. However, this will take time and effort to build your expertise and confidence.

* Who is NOT an expert in share investing - a financial adviser, a fund manager as they don't tend to invest their own money, your mate, a HC love heart (with a couple of exceptions like redbacka who is a trader, a geo for mining stocks, corporate advisers with supposed inside knowledge etc
