Great insight mate, I think the scoping study will determine which funding path they take.

I personally wouldn't mind seeing a AXM BLK merger of equals with the BLK mob assuming the management role.

I've spoken to a fair few md's in my time and like you said the BLK md is a no Nonsense sort of bloke that will carry this project forward ( I hold this management in high regard)
