TZ has a history of "recycling" personnel - eg Wilson, Kelliher. And paying them a great deal of money along the way.
I will not reflect on the qualities of the individuals mentioned.
However, to me this shows a distinct lack of leadership from the executive directors - and an inability to come to grips with the business and move it forward using their own skills and experience.
So they bring back old dogs, perhaps hoping that they have learned new tricks.
As I have said before - why do TZ not engage a CEO who has a proven track record in the commercialization of new technologies? Surely there is someone out there who'd fit the bill for an affordable price - or even an outrageous price circa $0.5M which they appear to be happy to pay to part-timers making an indeterminate contribution.
