Sharpies GOING CONCERN disclaimer can be found in just about every business set of accounts ,i look at.
The only thing that's different is the figures and like all good legal get out of jail free cards for auditors/directors means next to nothing.
in most cases,its used to justify directors values placed on business components,which could be as far out as you might value your highly valued partner,or soon to be ex.
