(1) iron ore
(2) avb existing shell copper/gold -gold to pay for plant and running costs
(3)nickel
(4) platinum needs to be further proved up

spin out these into seperate share holders get free shares iron ore company gets dividend straight away with vale arrangement when announced
copper company will be worth the most in the short term
