Far rather you look at the current Aussie setup vis a vis the Yanks. So many years have passed and your arguments are wearing a little thin. Jan Sommers and her ilk are more to be consulted in real estate investing than the short term ism nonsense espoused by Keen and theoreticians with no practical experience and who are scared of their own shadow.
