The following is the text of a letter I have forwarded to
Mr G Medcraft, Chairman,Australian Securities and Investments Commission,concerning the trading of CuDeco(CDU) Securities:

You have not responded to the important information I forwarded to you on the 2nd May and 16th May, 2012, the 21st June, 2012, and the 2nd August, 2012, on the trading of CuDeco(CDU) Securities, and an unsigned document “F..... S...........”
circulated to subscribers around the 18th August, 2010.

I would like advice of the result of your investigations as soon as practicable, please.

In the meantime, I wish to inform you that additional research has been undertaken on the “CuDeco Shareholder Research” Document. The latest Chapter of the research material covering “Chapter 6 - Registry Anomalies” is headed:-
