IMO, this is the crux of the matter i.e. House prices in Australia have reached levels that are double to triple their historic ratio to household incomes.
Are there really some people in Australia that want to see house prices at four times historic ratios, this at a time when it's already very difficult for the average young working couple to get onto the housing ladder.
