Given your comment re Swedish Law I have been talking to some who should know.

First, the importance of having a Swedish TLG registered company is that under Swedish law, it is only once you have a registered Swedish company (i.e. a Swedish TLG owned tenement) that you can apply for an exporation permit, then to do significant work i.e. geophysics, trenching, drilling etc; note a separate work permit must be applied for for each activity. No company, no exporation permit, no geophysics, trenching, drilling etc;

Second, once you have an exporation permit and work permits and produced sufficient data the registered company requires an exploitation permit for mining.

From exporation to exploitation licence (which requires meetings with and approval of land owners, local heritage, indigenous land users) takes 2-3 years. And it is likely we may not yet have a Sweden TLG to start the clock running.
So despite Mark the TLG MD talking things up about new tenements that makes any timeframe to production on these tenements a long long way away.
