A quick search of the Swedish business registration website shows TCL Sweden Ltd to come up, with the option even to purchase the Certificate of Registration, and even the companies annual reports.

Since I can't read Swedish and don't have cash to spare, I don't know if these dispel your doubts.
So surely all of the current tenements being drilled, which were existing ones for TCL, there should be no issue regarding TLG's Local registered company (TCL), or delays in drilling.
