Hi Bazza, I think you're taking Pinto the wrong way, I think he is more asking the question of who is entering rather than laughing at the dumpers exiting, I feel you might have picked up his tone a bit wrong by saying he is being smug.

Thank you Pinto, you've given me some food for thought, & maybe by the end of this week I wont be running round like a headless ckicken of olympic proportions. I think i've done enough roaring & screaming to cause a mine collapse.

In fairness the board has been really poor with conveying their vision & it has perhaps allowed us to develop our own visions to be dissapointed by. This it would appear is my mistake. (that doesnt mean I have dismissed the concerns I have raised)
