There were, of course, no jews until Abraham led a goup of followers from Basra (Iran/Persia) through to the western side of the middle east collecting more followers (Arabs) as they went. Black Jews in West Africa are not the same same race as the 'originals' and nor was Sammy Davis Jnr. and nor are many others that subsequently took up the religion. Those that want to claim links to the 'originals' are almost certainly Arabs or Persian - i.e. semites.
