I think PEN has gone through the greater part of the markdown process and is currently going through an accumulation phase.
I started accumulating some at 3 and am looking for a low volume failed selloff to buy more.
I think PEN may be going through the final stages of shaking out the weak holders and we could easily see the low of 2.5 tested in the process.
The pressure has been applied and the nerves are being tested. Good buying times for the smart and confident!
If the sentiment was available I would be posting "Be ready to BUY!"
