Correct Noellyn. Shareholders could face the situation where SOL has a controlling interest in EXS but not over the 90% mark and you don't get the extra 7.5cents. I don't think EXS shareholders have cottoned on to this.
SOL have thought up a really smart takeover offer.
IMO I dont think the directors extracted a good deal for us EXS holders.
At time of writing this, EXS has traded 1.3million shares for 26c.
