MPO has reduced the settlement time after NDRC approval is obtained.......initially it was 30 days!
"Settlement of the transaction is expected to occur thirty days after the later of the FIRB and NDRC conditions being satisfied.
I wonder if it is a key to forwarding MPO's other plans??
