you are right concerning the attempts to modify the bet after the deal was done.

Respectfully-This is no Capital raising,But this is a takeover of effective control,with support of the FML board.

As such FML is on the block,awaiting a better offer.
Who has been told what we need the $227m for immediately anyway?

No-one as yet and in my mind that says it all.
So we wait an appropriate time to see what better offers rattle out.

DYOR+DYODD the half year accounts do not signify the need for capital injection,with over $35m due from July's milling due shortly after months end($100m QTRLY run rate) and well above expenditure due to milling timing at Laverton and then another 25koz due on top of that over August(end of the Laverton run) and September.
Coolgardie at 8koz minimum,will be producing currently $15m this month alone.

45koz at $16-1700 an ounce makes fine reading at around $72m
add in an extra 5k Oz to take it to $80m at $1600.

I however expect MORE than this-time will tell.
