Don't forget WSA has has a mine with all the facilities, logistics, machinery and infrastructure. SIR has not even started on this and needs 200 to 500 milliom dollars for the infrastructure. If you take this cost into account, WSA is already valued much below SIR.

Perhaps the SIR ore is worth more that a couple of billion to justify the current share price and maybe we have a mini BHP or RIO here.
