Sorry Vulture2000 but can’t agree with your comment about the double top at 20.5 cents spanning 21 weeks. I’m with SACD on this. Firstly there is no double top. Secondly, Double tops have a 65% failure rate according to “Bulkowski” I see no resistance now until 27.5 or 28.5 depending on how you interpret the weekly chart.
Notice you are not a holder of PRR, so feel free to buy at these prices.
