Where does Leas bring up fracking from?
Given she is (allegedly) a PhD....(I note she doesn't say in what field) some of her comments (without any supporting evidence) are truly astounding....
I've got no problem with Strata having to comply with strict reclamation, water quality, whatever requirements (bond etc.) but to hold up permitting off the back of these 4 objections is almost laughable imo.
