I would say that Cougar and it's shareholders got 'smashed' by a corrupt government, rather than a few farmers. To me, any reasonable person could look at this case, and find that government incompetence and corruption caused this company to lose alot of money, and would seek to repatriate said company.
I, and I'm sure most of the posters on here (except for hibbah) believe it to be a strong and compelling argument in our favour.
But how much faith do we have in the justice system these days?
