This may appear to be overly solemn but I think it is essential that all MEL posters understand the extreme, irrational vitriolic opposition we face up here.

The state govt's political decision has been made but there are forces which will not abide by this or any democratic decision.

The Greens' tactic revealed by the unlamented SBB is to hold everything up by burning shareholder money in legal court obstructions using gullible ratepayer money to finance it.

The Greens will froth and rant and be far far more than a nuisance so we in turn will have to come out and show our democratic resistance.
