Reported, Dolce? Sound case? I am going to respectfully ASK the relevant authorities to look into it and advise whether they think 360%, 90%, 60% interest rates are appropriate under the circumstances. ASK,my dear Dolce. THEY will establish the facts. And if they say "yes, thats fine." we will have to accept it. A completely different case to "reporting"....All done nicely and respectfully.
