    IMO you don't have an understanding of the issues.

    Why don't you find out whether FAS has been in black out for over a year before insinuating that they can't trade due to the miracle deal that is just around the corner. Or is this just a method to suck buyers in? I can recommend a great corporate lawyer to advise you on the facts if you need.
