it is becoming a sad fact that many are doomed to rent for life,unless parental financial aid is offered it is becoming increasingly difficult for young people in any of our capital cities to enter the property market.There are many young professionals who cant afford to buy ,they are not prepared to sacrifice lifestyle for home ownership so they opt to rent .This of course is good news for property investors already in the market who have good equity in their properties as it enables them to buy more .
