Strongly disagree with this, and in my eyes the trading that has occurred over the past couple of days reflects that the decisions that might come out on Thursday could equally send it either way.
They received a temporary stay without much hassle. On balance, there is a very real chance LYC will receive a more permanent stay decision on the TOL while the court case runs its course...
I'll certainly have my eyes on Twitter on Thursday.
