After it has been the whole and sole strategy of SMSL to slow down the TOL until after the Reset-Event of Mt Kellett, I do not think that they need this secrecy to decipher your remarks.
It is, after all, the gigantic, monstrous, room-filling elephant right there in front of everybody to see.
The annual statement still lists that only a "fully functionable" TOL is deemed not a reset.
A 'TOL on hold' cannot be called such. And Mt Kellett are well known to dismantle the businesses they invested in without much care for breakage and loss of shareholder value, when given the smallest chance.
That makes Oct 4 rather more important than the official announcement of Lynas suggests. I stand to the term "lying" I used before in describing what they issued to the public.
