I think Keen is only partly right ,a lot of people have paid inflated prices for property and could lose money if they sell .But the investor or any one in the market eight years or more wont be affected by falling prices unless they have to sell if they dont have to sell they can just sit back and enjoy the rise in rents.But everything is relative if you sell at a lower price you also buy back at a lower price,could be some very keen buys around soon due to present economic conditions and with interest rates going down the smart investor may pick up a bargain.
