I have no problem with someone not liking BPT specially If they don't believe the shale will come off and one could even argue due to these shake expenditure this makes them fully valued - however to suggest holding COE is a better value play is amazing given COE success revenue was is linked into PEL92 which BPT owns three times as much and soooooooo much more . So with shares on issue almost 1/3 of BPT and with reserve about 45 times as much COE it's an amazing comment, unless he loves chasing elusive baby elephants in Tunisia that cost 10s of millions
