The board was part of a team that wasn't working. I'm not sure I can sheet all the blame to JH, can you?

Yes the appointment of RC was a great decision, but can you be sure all their decisions in the past been so good?

I think the board has to wear the fact that the company under their guidence lost its way for a period and as such has to prove itself beyond appointed an excellant CEO.

Sorry kicking one goal isn't enough for me to be totally assured of their quality. That said it does want to give them the chance to prove themselves in the future.
