If someone wanted to make a play on the company they would have bought the J.P Morgan parcel off market and no-one would have known as its under 5%

Its pretty obvious that JP Morgan have to sell them on market as there is no large buyer . A take over is going to be almost impossible by anyone other than WEG or SS & T if they get their mits back on the 20% .
