re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder from D... jetson your post after my ramble the other day gave me support of thoughts that this was bluff.
i said I was going into the acceptance facility but I have changed my mind.
I dont know how long we have to wait for the 90% target to be hit but I have to wait for the full 26.5, if I dont go into the Acceptance Fac. and SOL get the 90% I still get the 26.5
Do perpetual still hold 6%?
if DB and indeed another party do stop the 90% target well i assume it means the copperchem contract is still a debt to EXS.AND we still deal with the assets future earnings,PLUS the bundle of cash in the bank.
So Sol get board control and farmout future developement return cash to shareholders(they of course get the lions share)and minority shareholders have some light at the end of the tunnel.
I cant believe our board has presented such a negative prognossis for EXS.
Bleeding obvious sol sees great value.
c776162 " less than 2% and they defeat the 90% clause! " 2%
how does that work ?'.
Leroy23 great spotting.
Noellyn who's at risk SOL or EXS ?
