If I was a director of this company or any other,the basic rule is that when you trade the market must be fully informed, as a guide this normally occurs after a public announcement.
Most companies restrict purchases by directors/employees to a certain period after an important announcement, I would imagine any shareholder/contractor who in their course of business came into specific knowledge the same applies.
It applies to Everbody!!
There perhaps should be restrictions on people that publish falsehoods,or scandalous comments on open forums.....some here are quite libelous !!
