Of course, in the medical field, knowledge is the thing - and so why something doesn't work is also very important, but you don't get much kudos for presenting a "Clinical study of autologous dendritic cell therapy targeting mucin 1 for treatment of ovarian cancer in first or second remission" if your presentation says:
"Nup, worked in phase I and IIa, but didn't work in phase IIb, but rest assured, PRR is recruiting like mad to show that it doesn't work in phase 111 either"
