the only thing different now to 20 years ago...is the number of people using the internet... when there were numerous dramas far worse than today in the 90's....there was only a couple of news media covering the story...with the same thing on the tv
there was not a zillion people having their opinions, and spreading the word like a virus most of the young or would be buyers, would not have read the news on a daily basis...or 20 times a day as it is today
the internet has been a wonderful tool, but it has shown just how many scaredy cats there really are out there in cyber space...
no thanks, you can keep the stocks, and plying yourself against the dark pools, the bots, and pro traders. those odds are just too much against most us... we dont have other peoples money to play with as they do....
