Hey MP, yeah sorry I meant fixed price agreement in December for construction agreement. There was talk that this may involve some fine tuning negotiating. I got the impression that the completion in Q3, 2013 is the finalisation involving Petronim. Depending on the PNG govt ability to fund 30% next year. I didn't ask for Dean's HC nick as I wasn't sure if it was appropriate. He seemed to be very aware of the conversations that take place on the forum so I am sure he will see these posts.
